NEIL COWLEY TRIO

The Neil Cowley Trio is jazz act with a unique voice. Witty, dynamic and exciting, their themes feature catchy hooks, soulful moments and thrilling climaxes. After stints with artists such as Pasadenas, Gabrielle, Brand New Heavies, Zero 7 and his own band, Fragile State, Cowley formed a jazz trio and released his debut album 'Displaced' to huge critical acclaim. This outstanding record was hailed BBC Jazz Album of the Year 2007.

The second album Loud Louder Stop was released on Cake Records (an imprint of the legendary jazz label Candid) in March 2008. The release was incredibly well recieved and lead them into a whirlwind tour including headlining at the iTunes festival in London, an appearance on Later with Jools Holland and a slot on the Jazz world stage at Glastonbury.
